SI Consulting works with companies and non-profits in Europe and Latam, from a base in Dublin. We make projects viable, find the funding to move them forward, and stay until the final report is signed off.
What we are
A consultancy that stays past the proposal.
Most of the work around public funding stops at the application. The proposal is written, submitted, and whatever happens next is the client's problem — including the milestones, the expense justification and the audit.
We were built the other way round. Our background is project management, so the part that comes after the grant is approved is the part we know best. That is why the three services are one continuous project: making it fundable, running it, and leaving the team able to do it again without us.
We work in English and Spanish, with a network of collaborators we have worked with for years and bring in according to what a project needs.
