How we work
Clear steps, no surprises.
Four steps, the same every time. You know what happens next, what it costs and who to call, before you commit to anything.
First conversation
We listen to your project and tell you honestly whether we can help. If your project isn't ready, or the timing is wrong for the calls that are open, we say so.
You get: an initial view, at no cost. Takes: one call.
Diagnosis and proposal
We look at the project properly and put it in writing: what we would do, in what order, by when and for how much. Nothing starts before you have that document.
You get: a written proposal with scope, timeline and cost. Takes: usually a week.
Delivery
A dedicated team and one point of contact. Progress updates on a fixed rhythm, so you never have to ask how things are going.
You get: regular reports and a single person who knows your file.
Close and handover
Final reports, documentation and whatever your team needs to carry on without us. A project that depends on us after it closes hasn't been delivered properly.
You get: the full file, organised and current.
Principles
What we hold to.
An honest read comes first
If we don't think a call is worth your effort, we say so before you spend weeks on it. Turning work down is part of the job.
Nobody can promise a grant
Funding decisions belong to the funding body. What we can control is that your application is complete, consistent and well argued.
Written before started
Scope, timeline and cost agreed on paper before work begins. Changes are agreed the same way.
We leave the team stronger
We document as we go and hand over in a state your team can actually use.
Standards we follow
Our consultants hold credentials from these bodies, and our way of working follows their standards.
Step one is a conversation.
It costs nothing and you'll leave it knowing whether we're any use to you.
