Scrum and Agile ways of working
Roles, events and artefacts, and how they change the way a team plans its week. Practised on your own backlog, not on a case study.
Indicative: 2 daysHome / Services / Training
Training
Training given by consultants who are running real projects the rest of the week. Built around your organisation's actual work, not a generic syllabus.
Every course is adapted to your sector and your projects. Duration is indicative — we agree it once we know the group.

Roles, events and artefacts, and how they change the way a team plans its week. Practised on your own backlog, not on a case study.
Indicative: 2 daysProject management
The four things that sink projects, and the controls that keep them visible early enough to act on.
Indicative: 2 daysQuality and stakeholders
Agreeing what "done" means, and keeping sponsors, vendors and teams working from the same information.
Indicative: 1 dayFunded projects
Milestones, eligible costs, expense justification and audit readiness — for teams whose first funded project has just been approved.
Indicative: 1 dayFormats
At your offices, with your team and your projects on the table.
Live sessions in shorter blocks, so a whole team can attend without stopping for two days.
Both, and mixed groups are fine. Materials in the language the team works in.
A session a few weeks later, once the ideas have met daily work and the real questions have appeared.
Our methods follow the standards of PMI, Scrum Alliance and SAFe, and our consultants hold those credentials. These courses are practical training, not exam preparation — if you need a certification track, we will tell you and point you to it.
Tell us where the friction is. We'll propose a course, or tell you if training isn't the answer.
